About Al Cooke

Al has over 35 years experience working as a trainer both in his own business and for various others including the aviation industry. He is known for delivering his own induction and training programmes for new recruits and being an effective Amazon seller. Before leaving the employ of Gatwick Airport, Al built a base for his two businesses to grow by working to lay the foundation on his days off. Holidays were also spent with the growth of the businesses as priority.

He started Norstar Magnetics Ltd over 12 years ago and the Norstar brand is synonymous with quality health care products after exposure on national TV. Alan has had extensive experience as an Amazon seller and has navigated every possible scenario faced by Amazon sellers today. Amazon still remains one of Norstar Magnetic’s top sales channels, hence why Alan wants to help others drive sales in this way through his Amazon course and 121 Amazon seller coaching.

Alan is passionate about the quality of service he gives to his customers and clients. His Norstar internet website is a member of the Trusted Shops organisation (a similar concept to the Check a Trade within industry).

Al believes that making a good impression in business is paramount. “You never get a second chance to make a first impression” says Al, “You need to gain the respect of people and then you can obtain a good working relationship”.

From an early age Al was involved in sport and at 22 was one of the youngest people to obtain his coaching qualification from the Football Association residing at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre for a week. He went on to solely devise a unique sports development programme from concept to implementation that lead to the nurturing and progress of individual and team talent until he decided to take up new challenges from 2002.

In his spare time Al is helping to develop two new products that he hopes to bring to market in the future. “Not able to elaborate too much on this at the moment but suffice to say I am quite excited about the progress to date” retorted Al.

An experienced Magnetic Therapist

Al’s interest in complementary therapy has increased over the years and as a result he studied and became a qualified magnotherapist in 2003. He is a registered member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and also an active member of the Federation of Small Businesses as well as being an active member of the Adur and Worthing Chamber of Commerce.
